I currently have my speedwalk script also load the appropriate area map image into an HtmlWindow called Map.

After getting that working I decided add a little DHMTL/JavaScript so the large maps could be scrolled around just by clicking and dragging them. There's a lot of good sample javascript for this out there so I grabbed something simple and added it to my dynamically generated webpage with the map.

This worked out great on my first attempt, and I was all but patting myself on the back until I switched back from the map window to my main client window. It was then I saw Aardwolf had been complaining about receiving unknown commands.

After a little testing I determined some command was sent to the MUD nearly every time I dragged and released the map in the HtmlWindow Map. Unfortunately, whatever was being sent wasn't being echoed, so I used aardwolf's note writing function to trap it. It seems what's being sent to the MUD is the dragged image's src/path.

I've attached a simple sample webpage with draggable image so you can more easily debug this. If you #htmlbrowse the page into an #HtmlWindow and drag the image around (while connected to a MUD) you should see this sent to the MUD:
Code:
file:///C:/root/dragMe.png
(with root being where ever you extracted the archive to)

Here's another example you can htmlbrowse to:
http://www.walterzorn.com/dragdrop/dragdrop_e.htm
If you drag the first image on that page the following gets sent to the MUD:
Code:
http://www.walterzorn.com/images/dragdrop/ddcat.jpg

Is this javascript somehow being interpreted as a wintin.net <Send></Send>?

With 2.07 my javascript draggable maps work with nothing sent to the MUD now, so this is resolved for me.
